*Στους δήμους μεταφέρθηκαν οι αρμοδιότητες για τους μετανάστες, αλλά αντί τα προβλήματα που αφορούν την εξυπηρέτησή τους να μειωθούν, αυξήθηκαν. Η πολιτογράφηση των Βορειοηπειρωτών προχωράει σημειωτόν και οι άδειες παραμονής εγκρίνονται με απελπιστικά αργούς ρυθμούς σε τέτοιο βαθμό, ώστε ο υφυπουργός Εσωτερικών Θ. Νάκος αναγκάστηκε να τα βάλει με τους δημάρχους στο συνέδριο της ΚΕΔΚΕ.

*Είπαμε αποκέντρωση για το καλύτερο, όχι για το χειρότερο.
